Ben Taghva spent twenty years on tools before earning his Interprovincial Red Seal — the highest standardized trade certification in Canada. Then he started this company.
The idea is simple: the licensed pro who scopes the work should also be the one running it. No lead generator handing you to whoever's free, no big-box dispatcher reading from a script. You call, you talk to Ben — and on the larger jobs, he leads the licensed team that delivers them. The accountability runs from quote to completion.
That structure is why we can take on the full spread — a residential service call one week, a multi-floor commercial rough-in the next, and project work as far west as British Columbia when the scope calls for it.

How fast can you get to me?
For most residential and small commercial work in the GTA, we're scheduling within the same week — same day for genuine emergencies. Larger projects (custom homes, multi-floor commercial rough-ins) start with a site visit and a written estimate, then go on the schedule.
Do you handle commercial work, or just residential?
Both, plus industrial. The mix is what the company is built for — one week is a kitchen sink in a Vaughan condo, the next is a backflow install on a fire line for a property manager. Ben's master plumber license covers all three.
What does a free estimate actually include?
For a small job we'll quote it on the call. For anything that needs eyes on it — commercial work, custom homes, anything you'd want a written number for — we visit the site and send a written estimate. No deposit, no obligation either way.
What's covered by the 12-month warranty?
Our workmanship. If something we installed or repaired needs revisiting within twelve months because of how we did it, we come back and fix it. (Manufacturer-warrantied parts are covered separately by the manufacturer.)
Where do you actually work?
HQ is Richmond Hill. Day-to-day we cover the whole GTA — York Region, Toronto, Peel, and Durham. The business is also licensed Canada-wide, so chain operators and multi-province builders can use us beyond Ontario.
